here's how

1. Capture

Maximize the window you would like to capture. Click here for sample of Print Screen. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It is labelled [Print Screen] or [PrtScn] or [Prnt Scrn].

2. Edit

Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint, MS Photo Editor, Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Word. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste or press Ctrl + V.

3. Save

Go to the File Menu and choose Save As. Choose the folder where you want to save the image. Type a file name for the image. Select a file type. Choose only JPEG or GIF formats. Click the Save button.
