A. Your new resume will be sent to you within 5 working days upon submission of your resume or information and full payment.

Q. What happen in the case of non-delivery?
A. Of course, we don't want this to happen. But sometimes things do go wrong. Natural disaster, worldwide internet problems, servers breakdown, all these may delay our "5 working days delivery" policy to you. But don't worry. If this happens and you decide not to proceed, we will reimburse the payment to you. However, it is very important that you retain all receipts related to the order for references.
